CALGARY, March 22 /CNW/ - SilverBirch Energy Corporation (SBE: TSXV)

 arranged a banking facility of $10 million with The Toronto-Dominion
 Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada. SilverBirch intends to use this
 funding as an operating line of credit, if required.
