   Road New Media Corporation ("Road New Media" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: RNM) announces the resignation of Mr. Luc Richard as Director of the Corporation and member of its Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Richard has resigned for personal reasons after serving on the Corporation's Board of Directors since February 22, 2002.
