Road New Media Corporation: Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders is Postponed

Road New Media Corporation (TSX VENTURE:RNM) (the "Corporation") announces that
for logistical reasons, it is in the best interest of the shareholders to
postpone the Annual and Special Meeting of the Corporation's shareholders
scheduled for June 19, 2009 to June 26, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. (Montreal time). The
record date of May 15, 2009 shall remain unchanged. The Corporation regrets any
inconvenience this postponement of the Annual and Special Meeting may cause.
