Road New Media: Board of Directors Appointment and Resignation

Road New Media Corporation ("Road New Media" or the "Corporation") (TSX
VENTURE:RNM) announces the appointment of Mr. Daniel Chartrand as Director of
the Corporation and member of the audit and corporate governance committees,
replacing Mr. Paul Pare who has resigned as Director for personal reasons.


Daniel Chartrand is the founding President of Le Groupe Imagi Communication inc.
("Imagi"), a Quebec leader in the fields of development and implementation of
specialized marketing solutions for public transport networks. For over twenty
years, Imagi offers to its customers an innovative approach to displaying and
marketing and represents over thirty transport companies, cities, municipal and
intermunicipal public transport agencies and intermunicipal boards of transport.
Imagi also manufactures display products in aluminum, a division that has seen a
steady growth over the past several years. With this solid experience, Mr.
Chartrand will be able to contribute effectively to the development of the
Corporation. Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universite
du Quebec a Montreal, Mr. Chartrand has also served on the board of directors of
Le Publicite-Club de Montreal from 2002 to 2006 (now the Association des
professionels de la communication et du marketing).
