Road New Media: Appointments and Resignations to the Board of Directors and Executive Management

  Road New Media Corporation ("Road New Media" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: RNM), announces the appointment of Mr. Dominique St-Louis as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, replacing Mr. Roger Boucher. Mr. St-Louis is also appointed as Director of the Corporation replacing Mr. Martin Girard who has resigned as Director, for personal reasons.

Mr. St-Louis' responsibilities are be to oversee future potential growth and new revenue opportunities including all financial and accounting functions. Mr St-Louis will is also actively involved as Executive Producer for POP6 Media, an enterprise who is active in the media milieu and who collaborates closely with the Company.

Prior to being appointed CFO, Mr. St-Louis held executive producer positions in various Montreal based companies dedicated to financing and creating original content for the international entertainment industry. Mr St-Louis started his financial career as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has built a strong financing and business expertise following his ten years as a member of the accounting firm Mallette-Maheu, Arthur Anderson. Mr St-Louis holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
