Roadking Travel Centres Inc. Announces Distribution to Shareholders

ST. ALBERT, AB, Nov. 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Roadking Travel Centres Inc. (the "Corporation") (NEX RKG.H) today announces a cash distribution (the "Distribution") of $0.0395 per issued and outstanding common share of the Corporation will be made to Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2014.

The Distribution represents and initial distribution of property in connection with its pending dissolution, which was approved at the Corporation's Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on September 26, 2014, as further described in the news release made by the Corporation on September 26, 2014.

The Corporation has appointed Computershare Investor Services Inc. ("Computershare") as its payment agent to make all distributions to Shareholders in connection with the Corporation's dissolution. The Distribution is expected to be paid on or about November 25, 2014.
