Rage Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RAG) ("Rage" or the "Company") today announces
that it has sold to an arm's length private company, a 7.57% working interest
(3.785% after payout) in five wells and their associated leases in the Wandering
River area for $186,997, to be paid by the assumption of debt for Rage's
expenditures in respect of these interests since December 1, 2006.
