Quizam Media Corporation ("Quizam" or "the company") (TSX-VENTURE:QQ) is pleased to announce it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Fraser Valley (UFV) to customize and expand ontrackTV's learning library and learning management system in order to offer its university curriculum online.

The historic deal was ratified April 2nd, 2014 at a formal signing ceremony on campus at the University where Quizam CEO Russ Rossi together with UFV's School of Business Director Dr. Frank Ulbrich and UFV's Dean of Professional Studies Dr. Rosetta Khalideen signed off on the agreement.

Russ Rossi commented, "Students will be able to access their lessons anytime, from anywhere, from any mobile device, while faculty track attendance and grades. Our colleagues at the UFV School of Business are proving their innovation by thinking about and adapting to the learning styles of the newer generation."
