ontrackTV Signs Historic Deal With University of Fraser Valley to Develop Online University Courses

Quizam Media Corporation ("Quizam" or "the company") (TSX VENTURE:QQ) is pleased
to announce it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of
Fraser Valley (UFV) to customize and expand ontrackTV's learning library and
learning management system in order to offer its university curriculum online. 


The historic deal was ratified April 2nd, 2014 at a formal signing ceremony on
campus at the University where Quizam CEO Russ Rossi together with UFV's School
of Business Director Dr. Frank Ulbrich and UFV's Dean of Professional Studies
Dr. Rosetta Khalideen signed off on the agreement. 


Russ Rossi commented, "Students will be able to access their lessons anytime,
from anywhere, from any mobile device, while faculty track attendance and
grades. Our colleagues at the UFV School of Business are proving their
innovation by thinking about and adapting to the learning styles of the newer
generation." 


Dr. Frank Ulbrich announced, "I very much look forward to the collaboration
between UFV's School of Business and Quizam Media Corporation." 


Associate Professor, Cindy Stewart, remarked, "This is historic, as we will be
the first business school to offer such flexibility for a BBA program."
