Platino Energy Corp. Announces Management Changes

Platino Energy Corp. ("Platino" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PZE) announces
that Tyler Rimbey, who has served as Vice President, Business Development of the
Company since its inception, has resigned from his position effective July 4,
2014 to pursue a new opportunity.


Tomas Villamil CEO stated: "Tyler has been instrumental to the growth of Platino
and its predecessor company - C&C Energia Ltd. - since joining in August 2011,
including in the business development negotiations culminating in the sale of
C&C in December 2012. We wish him all the best in his future endeavour." 


Platino has retained the services of Rafi Khouri on an interim consultancy basis
to cover the Company's business development function. Mr. Khouri brings close to
20 years of oil & gas expertise to this role, including eight years as a top
ranked equity analyst covering international oil & gas companies from Canada,
five of which were as a Senior Vice President with Raymond James Ltd. Mr. Khouri
also spent 10 years in various technical and managerial roles in Canada, Africa
and the Middle East.
