Petromin Provides Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, June 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Petromin Resources Ltd. ("Petromin" or the "Company") today announced that Jinwei Julie Xu, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Corporate Secretary of the Company, will be taking a temporary leave of absence for medical reasons. During this time, Ms. Xu will assist the Company to the best of her abilities.

In the interim, A. Ross Gorrell, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, will serve as acting CFO and Corporate Secretary.
