Mr. Chow has been active with both public and private companies for over 25 years in the energy, finance and real estate sectors. Mr. Chow was President of Ritter Capital Corp. and OM Shelters Ltd. He served on the board of directors of Best Pacific Resources Ltd. and Infiniti Resources International Ltd. Mr. Chow practiced securities law at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer and also worked at Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. as an investment banker. Mr. Chow has a B.Sc. (Pharmacy), M.B.A. and LL.B. The Company is also pleased to announce, subject to regulatory approval, it has appointed J. Arthur (Art) Bray as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. Mr. Bray has over 35 years of financial and senior management experience. He was the Supervisor of Corporate Finance with Alberta Energy Company and the Director of Corporate Finance with Petro Canada. Mr. Bray has also served as Vice President Finance, CFO, CEO and Chairman of the board of various international energy companies. Mr. Bray has worked internationally in Russia, Kazahkstan, Indonesia, Peru, Colombia and Myanmar. Mr. Bray has a B.M. (1970), M.M. (1975) and M.B.A. (1984) from the University of Alberta.
