CALGARY, May 22, 2014 /CNW/ - NewNorth Projects Ltd. ("NewNorth") (TSXV:NNP) today announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2014.

Mr. Greg Herndier, President and Chief Executive Officer of NewNorth, reports net loss after tax for the three months ended March 31, 2014 is $193,000.

After tax loss per share, basic and diluted is $0.02.

NewNorth is an integrated land and building development corporation operating in Alberta.
