NuLoch Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NLR.A)(TSX VENTURE:NLR.B) drilled a 100%
working interest Three Forks Sanish well at 91/05-02-001-10W2. The well has a
1,065 metre horizontal leg. On January 15, 2010, NuLoch reported on the results
of the first five fracture stimulation stages that were undertaken at the toe of
the well. After first oil was recovered, the well averaged 114 barrels of oil
per day with a 66% water cut during 73.5 hours of testing. The remaining 878
metres of the horizontal leg were isolated from the previous completion and
fracture stimulated on January 30 and January 31, 2010 in 19 separate stages.
First oil was obtained on February 2, 2010 and a total of 1,300 barrels of oil
was recovered over a 117 hour test period for an average of 267 barrels per day.

The plug isolating the first 187 metres of the well was removed and the well was
returned to test on February 14 and, after swabbing load water for three days,
the well began to flow and, in 14 hours, recovered oil at a rate of 220 barrels
per day. The well is currently flowing up 2 7/8 inch tubing through a 28/64 inch
choke into temporary facilities with a 54% water cut. Water recoveries to date
are 67% of the total load fluid injected. Pumping equipment and permanent
production facilities are currently being installed.

As previously reported, NuLoch drilled a horizontal Middle Bakken well (70%
working interest) at 91/11-02-001-09W2 in December 2009, on the eastern edge of
the Company's land block, six miles from the 05-02 well. The drilling rig then
moved to 91/16-06-001-09W2 (70% working interest) where a horizontal Three Forks
Sanish well was drilled in 19 days. Both of these wells are currently awaiting
completion with multi-stage fracture stimulation.

On February 15, 2010 NuLoch spud a well at 91/12-12-001-10W2 (70% working
interest) targeting the Three Forks Sanish.
