NuLoch Resources Expands Team

NuLoch Resources Inc. ("NuLoch" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NLR.A) (TSX
VENTURE:NLR.B) is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its
team.


Gary Browne has joined NuLoch in the position of Vice-President, Land. He brings
over 30 years experience as a landman and executive in the oil and gas industry
with considerable experience in the Williston Basin of the United States. Mr.
Browne will direct the Company's corporate development activities with
responsibility for all land functions. He reports to Glenn Dawson, President and
CEO.


Nathan Laviolette has also joined the team as Senior Landman with primary
responsibility for development of the Company's interests in Saskatchewan. He
brings 10 years of industry experience, most recently with Tristar Oil & Gas
Ltd. Mr. Laviolette reports to Mr. Browne.


The Board of Directors of NuLoch has approved a grant of stock options to
directors, officers and employees of the Company to purchase an aggregate of
3,405,000 Class A common shares at an exercise price of $0.70 per common share
pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options vest at the rate of
one-third annually over three years and expire five years from the date of
grant.
