NuLoch Resources Expands Team and Issues Options

NuLoch Resources Inc. ("NuLoch" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NLR.A) (TSX
VENTURE:NLR.B) announces the addition of two new members to its team.


Bill Irwin, P. Eng has joined NuLoch in the position of Manager, Operations. He
brings over 25 years experience as an engineer and executive in the oil and gas
industry with considerable experience in the United States. Mr. Irwin reports to
Terry Schneider, Vice-President, Operations.


Jamie Harrison, CA has also joined the team as Controller. He brings nine years
of experience in the field of financial reporting with a major international
accounting firm. Mr. Harrison reports to Brian Murray, Executive Vice-President
and CFO.


The Board of Directors of NuLoch has approved a grant of stock options to
directors, officers and employees of the Company to purchase an aggregate of
1,745,000 Class A common shares at an exercise price of $1.54 per common share
pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options vest at the rate of
one-third annually over three years and expire five years from the date of
grant.
