Africa Hydrocarbons Announces AGM Results

Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NFK) is pleased to
announce that at the annual general and special meeting held in Calgary, Alberta
on March 14, 2014 (the "Meeting") holders of common shares of the Corporation:
(i) re-elected John Nelson, Binh Vu, Gordon McKay, and David M. Antony to the
Board of Directors; (ii) re-appointed Grant Thornton LLP, as auditor of the
Corporation; and (iii) re-approved the Corporation's stock option plan.


Further disclosure on the matters approved at the Meeting can be found in the
Management Information Circular dated February 12, 2014 which was filed on SEDAR
on February 19, 2014.
