Menika to Change Name to American Lithium

VANCOUVER, April 11, 2016 /CNW/ - Menika Mining Ltd. (the "Company") (TSXV: MML) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a change in the Company's name to "American Lithium Corp."  The change in name remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, and to completion of all applicable regulatory filings.  In connection with the name change, the Company intends to apply to change its ticker symbol to "LI" to better reflect the new name.  The Company will provide further information as soon as available.
