TORONTO, Nov. 8, 2012 /CNW/ - McVicar Industries Inc. ("McVicar") is pleased to announce that Dr. Evelyn Su has been appointed to the Board of Directors of McVicar.   Dr. Su is a US citizen and obtained her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, USA. She worked for the US pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer Inc., in the early 1990s before she co-founded Sino Lion (USA), Ltd., a chemical company specialized in personal care and pharmaceutical products with manufacturing operations in China.

The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
