MBMI Announces Director Appointment

MBMI RESOURCES INC. ("MBMI") (TSX VENTURE:MBR) is pleased to announce that it
has appointed, subject to regulatory approval, Mr. Robert Siu to its board of
directors.


Mr. Siu is a Hong Kong-based corporate and commercial lawyer with over twenty
years of experience. In addition to being qualified to practice in Hong Kong,
Mr. Siu is also qualified to practice in the United Kingdom. He is a director of
the following Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed companies: Incutech Investments
Limited; Finet Group Limited; China Packaging Group Company Limited; and Kaisun
Energy Group Limited.
