Further to its announcement of new Company directors on 23 February 2011 Luiri Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: LGL)(ASX: LGM) ("Luiri" or the "Company") confirms that Melissa Sturgess has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Mike Langoulant has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary following the resignation of Mr Mike Sperinck as CEO and Mr Peter Tanham as CFO/Company Secretary.
