Kolombo Announces Extension of Warrants Term

Kolombo Technologies Ltd. ("Kolombo" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:KOL) is
pleased to announce that, subject  to the approval of the regulatory authorities
having jurisdiction over the securities of the Corporation, Kolombo has agreed
to extend the term of 2,579,000 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"), each
allowing their holder to purchase one additional common share of Kolombo at a
price of $0.80 per share, to November 3, 2008. These outstanding Warrants were
initially going to expire on May 3, 2008
