Kanosak Capital Venture Corporation proceeds with key management and board appointments

MONTREAL, March 1, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Kanosak Capital Venture Corporation (TSXV: KKV) (the "Corporation" or "Kanosak") is pleased to announce the following board and management appointments:

• Mr. Benoit La Salle was appointed Chairman of the Board,
• Mr. Francois Auclair was appointed President and CEO, replacing Mr. René Lopez who held those positions in an interim capacity, and
• Mr. Yves Grou was appointed Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board. All of the above were and remain directors of Kanosak.
  
  

In addition, Kanosak has retained Risecomm Communications Inc. ("Risecomm") as media consultant for a minimum period of three months. Under the terms of the investor relations agreement with Risecomm, which remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Kanosak will pay Risecomm $4,000 per month. Risecomm operates at arm's length from the Corporation.
