Jinhua Capital Corporation Announces Appointment of Director and Change of Officers

Jinhua Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:JHC.H) (the "Corporation"), a capital
pool company trading on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, announces the
appointment of Zahir (Zip) Dhanani as an additional director of the Corporation.
Mr. Dhanani has served as an officer and director of a number of public
companies and is currently a director of Terraco Gold Corp., a company listed on
the TSX Venture Exchange and Wangton Capital Corp., a capital pool company
listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Arvana Inc. 


The Corporation also announces that Francis N. S. Leong has resigned as
President and Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed as Chairman of the
Board. Zahir (Zip) Dhanani has been appointed to the position of President and
Chief Executive Officer.
