TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Agreement dated October
28, 2008 (the "Agreement") between Columbus Silver Corporation (the
"Company") and John S. Livermore ("Livermore"), whereby the Company has
been granted an option to acquire 100% of Livermore's rights and
interests in the Mogollon silver-gold district, New Mexico. In
consideration, the Agreement calls for annual payments, commencing on the
first anniversary and concluding on the third anniversary of US$25,000,
$75,000 and $400,000. The first anniversary, second anniversary and
US$100,000 of the third anniversary payments can be satisfied in common
shares at the Company's election. The minimum share price for the
conversion is $0.10 per share. Additional payment of US$500,000 is
payable on commencement of commercial production.
