iFabric Cements Supply Partnership With The North Face

iFabric Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IFA), hereinafter referred to as "iFabric" or the

Intelligent Fabric Technologies (North America) Inc. ("IFTNA"), is to become a
supply partner to The North Face(R). (Alameda, CA).
