HLT Energies Inc. Announces the Restructuration of the European Subsidiary's Capital and a New Capital Injection in EkoWatt

  HLT Energies inc., ("HLT") (TSX VENTURE: HES), a leader in the renewable and green energies is proud to announce the investment of 150 000 euros in its European subsidiary and the subsequent investment of this amount into S.A. EkoWatt's capital.

Following an agreement in principal with European investors, HLT has transferred the ownership of the shares of S.A. EkoWatt to its subsidiary s.p.r.l. HLT Europe. The private investors have injected an amount of 150 000 euros into HLT Europe's capital, in return for a 49% ownership of HLT Europe. The 150 000 euros flowing from HLT Europe into EkoWatt capital then allows HLT Europe to retain a 33 1/3 % share of EkoWatt.

HLT has agreed to purchase for 450 000 euros the 49% from the investors no later than October 22nd 2010. If HLT fails to do so, the investors will buy the 51% of HLT Europe for 450 000 euros.

From July 1st to mid September, EkoWatt has a backlog of more than 4 250 000 euros in residential photovoltaic systems and it is expected that most of the systems sold will be installed this year.

Sales continue to progress well.
