HLT Announces Management Changes

MONTREAL, QUEBEC , a leader in the production and sale of sustainable, renewable and clean solar thermal systems and energy, announces the nomination of Luc Boisjoly chartered accountant, as the Chief Financial Officer of HLT in replacement of Pierre Dumont who is retiring. M Boisjoly has been the accountant of HLT since the inception of the Company. M Pierre Dumont remains on the board of directors and will continue as a member of the audit committee.

Further to the appointment of M. Boisjoly, the president of HLT M. Gerald Desourdy said: "Pierre Dumont put in a lot of time and effort to help HLT Energies grow and I wish him the best of a well deserved retirement and would like to thank him for his devoted support . At the same time I would like to welcome Mr. Luc Boisjoly in our team. He is replacing as of December 1st Mr. Dumont. The transition should be smooth since he as served as HLT's chief accountant
