Grayd Announces Filing of NI 43-101 Preliminary Assessment Technical Report on SEDAR

   Grayd Resource Corporation ("Grayd" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GYD) is pleased to announce the filing on SEDAR of an independent preliminary economic assessment ("PEA") technical report on its wholly owned La India Gold Project located in the State of Sonora, Mexico.
