Golden Sunset Trail Inc. Executes Master Services Agreement With TetraTech, Inc.

GOLDEN SUNSET TRAIL INC. ("Golden Sunset" or the "Corporation") (TSX
VENTURE:GST) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Brimstone Mining, Inc.
("Brimstone"), has executed a Master Services Agreement with TetraTech, Inc.
("TetraTech") to provide Project Management Services for the 'Mayflower
Project', located near Whitehall, Montana USA.


TetraTech will provide Project Management Services at the Mayflower Mine to
supervise and manage the reopening, exploration, and development of the
Mayflower Mine. The initial tasks under the Master Services Agreement include
supervise and manage the project start-up tasks including the selection of a
General Mine Manager and a Mining Engineer; implementation of additional mining
leases; reconstruction of access road; implementation of water quality sampling
protocols and the completion of the geophysical exploration program. These tasks
conform to the 'Work Program Phase 1', as identified in the Corporation's Filing
Statement and Technical Report. The Project Manager assigned by TetraTech for
the Mayflower Project will be Mr. Allan Kirk, one of the co-authors of the
Corporation's Technical Report (the "NI43101").


Golden Sunset previously announced in its press release dated December 13, 2007,
the indirect acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding securities of
Brimstone. The acquisition of Brimstone constituted the "Qualifying Transaction"
of Golden Sunset, as defined by Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.
Brimstone has two subsidiaries with a 98.8% equity interest in Mayflower Mining
Corporation and a 96.8% equity interest in West Mayflower Mining Corporation.
Collectively, these historically operated mining facilities are referred to as
the 'Mayflower Project' or the 'Mayflower Mine'. During the period from 1996 to
1999, Brimstone expended approximately US$4.9 million on mine rehabilitation,
development work, equipment and on exploration drilling. The Mayflower Mine was
mothballed in late 1999. For further information please refer to the
