Golden Sunset Trail Inc. Announces Completion of Private Placement

GOLDEN SUNSET TRAIL INC. (TSX VENTURE:GST) ("Golden Sunset" or the
"Corporation") is pleased to announce that on March 23, 2009 it closed its
previously announced non-brokered financing. The Corporation issued and sold
961,533 common shares at a price of $0.13 per common share, for gross proceeds
of $124,999.29. Following completion of this private placement the Corporation
has 13,500,568 common shares issued and outstanding. 


Proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital.
