Glamis Closes Previously Announced Private Company Acquisition

Glamis Resources Ltd. ("Glamis") (TSX VENTURE:GLM.A) (TSX VENTURE:GLM.B) is
pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced acquisition
of Medora Resources Inc. The acquisition was completed by way of a plan of
arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). Pursuant to the
acquisition, Glamis will issue an aggregate of 90,742,963 Class A Shares to the
former Medora securityholders. Following the completion of the acquisition,
Glamis will have 228,549,154 Class A Shares and 922,500 Class B Shares issued
and outstanding.
