GALAHAD METALS INC. (TSX VENTURE:GAX) announced today that the Company had
received a letter of resignation from Mr. Sabino Di Paola. Mr. Di Paola has
resigned for personal reasons, as Chief Financial Officer of Galahad Metals
Inc., effective immediately.
