Franchise Bancorp Inc. Announces Delisting from TSX Venture Exchange

BRAMPTON, ON, Jan. 20, 2017 /CNW/ - Franchise Bancorp Inc. (TSXV: FBI) (the "Corporation") announced today that further to its press release dated January 16, 2017, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has approved the Corporation's voluntary delisting application and the Corporation's common shares will be delisted from the Exchange effective at the close of trading on January 20, 2017.

The Corporation has also applied to the securities regulatory authorities and expects to cease to be a reporting issuer upon receiving an order from the Ontario Securities Commission accepting its application.
