Eurocontrol Grants 5,112,500 Stock Options

Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EUO) ("Eurocontrol" or the
"Company"), a Canadian public company specializing in the acquisition,
development and commercialization of innovative authentication, verification,
certification and energy security technologies, announces that it has granted,
pursuant to its stock option plan, to directors, management, employees and
consultants of the Company an aggregate of 5,112,500 stock options. Each such
stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at
a price of $0.10 until March 11, 2018.
