Eurocontrol Extends September Warrants to December

Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EUO) ("Eurocontrol" or the
"Company"), a Canadian public company specializing in the acquisition,
development and commercialization of innovative energy security, authentication,
verification and certification technologies, announces that the Company has
received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date for
12,036,332 outstanding non-transferable common share purchase warrants (the
"Warrants") that were issued on September 27, 2010. The Warrants are exercisable
at $0.15 and the expiry date has been extended to 5:00 PM (Toronto time) on
December 10, 2013. 


The foregoing amendment to the Warrants is effective immediately.
