Entrec Appoints Terris Chorney as Executive Vice President, Business Development

ENTREC Corporation ("ENTREC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ENT) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Terris Chorney as Executive Vice President,
Business Development.


"Terris is a tremendous leader that has been a strategic partner with our
management team for the past eight years," said John M. Stevens, ENTREC's
President and COO. "In his new role, Terris will be a great addition to our
senior management team as he leads our sales and business development teams into
a period of exciting growth for our Company."


Mr. Chorney was previously Managing Director, Investment Banking with Stifel
Financial Corp. (a publicly-listed company on the New York Stock Exchange that
is a full-service brokerage and investment banking firm founded in 1890) and its
predecessor from April, 2009 until October, 2013. He led Stifel's Canadian
market energy business, and covered both oil & gas and energy service clients.
Prior thereto Mr. Chorney was employed as a Director - Investment Banking with
Blackmont Capital and its predecessor from January, 2004 to April, 2009. He
began his investment banking career at RBC Capital Markets in March, 2001. Over
his tenure in banking, Mr. Chorney led 34 public and private company financings
raising nearly $1.6 billion, and was responsible for 155 additional financing
syndicate positions totaling approximately $15.9 billion. In addition to
corporate finance-related activities, he has also led the completion of multiple
buy and sell-side M&A engagements totaling approximately $21.0 billion in value.
Mr. Chorney is a Professional Engineer and has been a member of the Association
of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta since 1993. Mr. Chorney
holds a B.Sc. - Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska (1993), where
he also walked-on and earned a full scholarship with the Nebraska Cornhusker
football team and received 3 letters for varsity competition. He also played
with the Edmonton Eskimos from 1993 to 1995, winning a Grey Cup in 1993. Mr.
Chorney holds an MBA from the University of Alberta (2000). 


ENTREC Appoints Craig Nicholson as Vice President HSE

ENTREC is also pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Craig Nicholson
as Vice President HSE. 


Mr. Nicholson has been involved in the HSE Profession for the past 8 years,
assisting large oilfield service operations across Canada to develop and
implement HSE systems. He began his career at Weatherford International, where
he worked his way up and in 2010 landed his first HSE Leadership role. While
working for Weatherford, Mr. Nicholson and his team provided HSE coverage to
operations in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. In May of
2011, Mr. Nicholson received his CRSP designation from the Board of Canadian
Registered Safety Professionals. For the past 2 years, Mr. Nicholson has
furthered his HSE career at CEDA International. Most recently, he held the role
of Director of HSE where he looked after a team of 30 HSE professionals
servicing a workforce of over 2500 employees in peak times.

ENTREC also announces it has granted 400,000 share options to employees of the
Company, including 250,000 share options granted to Mr. Chorney and Mr.
Nicholson. The share options are exercisable at a price of $1.45 per share and
vest at a rate of 25% per year over four years commencing November 19, 2014. The
share options will expire on November 19, 2018.
