EnQuest Announces Appointment of Director

ENQUEST ENERGY SERVICES CORP. ("EnQuest" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ENQ)
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Samuel R. Baker, Q.C., to the
Board of Directors of the Corporation (the "Board"), effective as of May 28,
2010. Mr. Baker is "independent" as that term is defined in National Instrument
52-110 Audit Committees. The Board now consists of W.T. David Murray, Ian F.T.
Kennedy, and Samuel R. Baker.


Mr. Baker brings significant experience to the Board, having practiced law since
1963 with various firms, including McLeod Dixon, international partner of Baker
& McKenzie, and most recently as principal of Baker Law Firm, Toronto, Ontario.
Mr. Baker currently sits on the Boards of Directors of Greenshield Explorations
Limited (TSX-V:GRX.H) and Arehada Mining Limited (TSX:AHD).


Mr. W.T. David Murray, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of the
Corporation stated, "We are excited to have Mr. Baker join the Board, and are
