UPDATE ON BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST

March 12, 2013, Guelph, Ontario. Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX-V:ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company"), is very pleased to announce that ENPAR has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Apsu Water Technology Inc. ("APSU"), based in Silicon Valley, and related strategic partners to market ENPAR's array of state-of-the-art water treatment technologies in select regions of Asia.

APSU is managed by respected business leaders with considerable experience in Asia, who have identified significant business opportunities in select Asian water treatment sectors. The Company was founded specifically with the purpose of introducing advanced electro-separation technology for water purification to solve groundwater contamination problems. The company's initial focus is on the Indian subcontinent working with experienced water scientists, engineers, NGOs and government agencies to support this undertaking. APSU reports that its studied analysis indicates that ENPAR's water treatment technologies represent the best option for water purification of this type in the world.

APSU has purchased a pilot scale water treatment unit that is scheduled to be shipped to Asia during the first week of April, 2013. This unit will be utilized for demonstrating to domestic companies the efficacy of ENPAR's novel technology in addressing various environmental and health-related water contaminant issues.

Currently, many Asian countries treat less than 10% of all waste water. Drinking water is purchased by 60% of the population as bottled water, and as an example, about 25% of China's population drink contaminated water every day. Also, water contamination is becoming a serious issue for food preparation and processing, as well as for the environment.

It is anticipated that the market in Asia for treatment of waste water and drinking water will reach USD $117B by the year 2015. Yet, this will result in only a 20% increase in overall treatment.
