Enterprise Energy Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EER) announced that it has granted
490,000 stock options pursuant to its previously approved stock option plan to
Directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options were granted at
an exercise price of $0.30 per share for a period of five years. The options
remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
