Digital Shelf Space Announces Board Change

Digital Shelf Space Corp. (the "Company" or "DSS") (TSX
VENTURE:DSS)(PINKSHEETS:DTSRF) Mr. Jeffrey Sharpe, President and CEO of DSS
announces that the Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jason Sparaga
from the Board of Directors, due to personal commitments and other professional
obligations. Mr. Sparaga has no conflicts with the Company or its Board or
management. Mr. Sparaga's seat on the Board will remain vacant until the Company
holds its' 2014 annual general meeting of shareholders later this year. 


The Company wishes to thank Mr. Sparaga for his time and contributions and wish
him only continued success both personally and professionally.
