Deloro Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DLL) is pleased to announce
the terms of the acquisition of a pipeline natural gathering system (the
"Pipeline") in the Kindersley Area of Saskatchewan, Canada. The Pipeline was
acquired by the Joint Venture of the Company and Trigas Ventures, pursuant to a
Farmout Agreement dated July 14, 2007 (see press release of the Company filed on
July 8, 2008). The cost of the acquisition and installation of the Pipeline was
approximately $95,000. In relation to the acquisition of the Pipeline, a
finder's fee is payable to a party that is unrelated or arm's length to the
Company as compensation for technical advice provided to the Company regarding
the Pipeline. The finder's fee is to be paid in the form of 36,000 common shares
of the Company at a deemed price of $0.25 for a value of $9,000.


The Company is a junior oil and gas company based in Blaine, Washington with
core oil and natural gas properties located in the Province of Saskatchewan. The
Company's common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the Symbol
"DLL".
