VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 24, 2014) - Damon Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:DAM.P) announces that, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), the Company has not completed its qualifying transaction and applied for a transfer to NEX which the Exchange has accepted. The Exchange has advised that soon after this news release is disseminated that the Company's listing will transfer to NEX with the issuance of an Exchange bulletin and the Company's Tier classification will change from Tier 2 to NEX and remain suspended under the symbol of DAM.H. In connection with the transfer to NEX, the Company has cancelled its escrow shares issued to four non-arm's length parties in the aggregate amount of 1,000,000 common shares, resulting in 5,987,3000 shares issued and outstanding following the cancellation.
