Curlew Lake Announces New Officer and New Director

Curlew Lake Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CWQ)(PINKSHEETS:CWLXF) announces that
all matters at its Annual General and Special Meeting held July 17, 2013
("AGSM") were approved, including: 




--  adoption of New Articles, which were filed on SEDAR on July 19, 2013; 
    
--  ratification and approval of the Company's Advance Notice Policy, which
    was filed on SEDAR on May 2, 2013; and 
    
--  the election of Michael Pound as a director, to take the place of Robert
    Kramer.



Following the AGSM, Christopher Cherry was appointed Secretary and Chief
Financial Officer, taking the place of Robert Kramer. For clarification the
Company's Officers and Directors are now comprised as follows:
