Consolidated Envirowaste Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CWD) - 

Further to its news release of November 13, 2009, Consolidated Envirowaste
Industries Inc. (the "Company") announces that plans for the proposed
going-private arrangement transaction are proceeding. The Company expects to set
a date for a special meeting of the shareholders of the Company and to mail the
information circular in connection with that meeting to the shareholders in late
December. The Company will issue a further news release to confirm the mailing
of the information circular.
