Centric Energy Announces Warrant Expiry Acceleration

   Centric Energy Corp. ("Centric Energy" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: CTE) announces that the warrant expiry acceleration clause contained in the common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued by the Company on March 5th and March 22nd, 2010 has been triggered following a period of 10 consecutive trading days in which the closing market price of the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange was equal to or greater than $0.20 per share.

The Company has elected to accelerate the expiry of the Warrants in accordance with the terms of the Warrants. The expiry date will now be September 14th, 2010. This news release constitutes the required notice of the acceleration of the expiry date of the Warrants to the holders of the Warrants.

The Warrants may be exercised at any time before 4:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on September 14th, 2010, by delivering the warrant certificate with a duly completed exercise form and a certified cheque, bank draft or money order payable to "Centric Energy Corp." in an amount equal to the purchase price for the number of shares being purchased, to Computershare Trust Company of Canada at 510 Burrard Street, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 3B9.
