Cardiff Energy Corp. Announces News Release

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 12, 2014 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS"), wishes to announce that it has agreed to issue up to 6,000,000 Units at $0.05 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. One warrant will be exercisable for one additional common share at $0.075 per share during the next two years. The proceeds derived from the total 6,000,000 Unit placement will be used for general working capital. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

In a bid to increase shareholder value, the Company is currently evaluating multiple oil and gas opportunities in Texas and Oklahoma.
