Canadian Imperial Venture Corp. Announces Termination of Letter of Intent with Beothuk Energy Inc.

ST. JOHN'S, Feb. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Canadian Imperial Venture Corp. (TSXV: CQV) (Frankfurt Stock Exchange:DFM) ("CIVC") / the "Company") announces that the Letter of Intent to acquire Beothuk Energy Inc. previously announced in a news release dated September 10, 2014 has been terminated effective February 3, 2015.  Trading in the Company's stock will resume subject to approval of the TSX-Venture Exchange.
