Coventree Announces Resignation of Brendan Calder

 TORONTO, Dec. 16, 2011 /CNW/ - Coventree Inc. (NEX: COF.H) ("Coventree"  or the "Company") announced today the resignation of Brendan Calder as  a director of Coventree. 

 "Brendan's leadership and advice has been invaluable since he joined  Coventree's board in 2005," said Geoffrey Cornish, Chief Executive  Officer of Coventree.  "His guidance was instrumental in the  development of Coventree and in helping the Company to navigate through  the turbulence of recent years.  On behalf of the Board and everyone at  Coventree, both past and present, I want to thank Brendan for his  contributions to Coventree over the past six years."
