China Wind Power Announces Resignation of Independent Directors

China Wind Power International Corp. ("China Wind Power" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:CNW) announced today the resignation of Linda Dundas and Josh Gerstein
as independent directors of the Company effective July 9, 2014. The Company is
searching for their replacements.
